That said, if you’re planning to attend small group classes, we highly encourage membership. Our Unlimited Memberships are designed to offer significant savings compared to single class purchases and to support consistency. And let’s be honest—one or two workouts won’t create real progress. Consistent training does.
Private training, nutrition coaching, and retail purchases are available to everyone, with or without a membership.
