Strength is more than physical. it’s foundational.
The Strength Collective is a premium strength training studio created for individuals who want more than quick fixes and over-intensity. Our clients are professionals, parents, and leaders balancing full lives. They value efficiency, intelligent training, and an experience that respects their time, goals, and long-term health.
But more than that—they value community.
At The Strength Collective, you’re not training alone. You’re surrounded by people who care, coaches who pay attention, and a supportive environment that helps you stay consistent, accountable, and inspired. Strength grows faster—and lasts longer—when you build it together.
We specialize in building strength that supports real life—so you can move with confidence, age powerfully, stay connected, and feel at home in your body and in your community.

Phil soto
Co-Founder and Director of ProgrammingPhil’s approach to strength and performance was shaped by both personal experience and years of high-level coaching. After recovering from a severe multi-ligament knee injury, his perspective on health shifted from performance alone to long-term function, resilience, and intelligent movement. That recovery sparked a deep interest in movement mechanics and the role of strength training in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic development.
Phil holds a degree in Exercise Science, along with NASM CPT, CrossFit Level 2, and multiple strength and conditioning certifications. He has spent years coaching a wide range of clients, and served full-time as an Athletic Director for elite gymnasts, working closely with high-level athletes to build strength, durability, and body awareness under demanding performance environments.
In addition, Phil brings over a decade of experience as a competitive swim coach, giving him a unique understanding of cyclical movement, joint health, and long-term athletic development. Today, he blends technical precision with empathy and intentional coaching, helping clients not just get stronger—but move better, feel more capable, and sustain a high quality of life.
Fanni’s approach to strength and wellness is shaped by over a decade of hands-on experience as a personal trainer in New York City, combined with a deep academic foundation. She holds two master’s degrees, including one in Public Health Nutrition, and advanced certifications in pain-free performance, prenatal and postpartum fitness, and hormone-aware training.
After years of coaching women through injuries, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal transitions, and demanding careers, Fanni saw a consistent gap in the fitness industry: programs that focused on intensity over longevity, aesthetics over health, and short-term results over sustainable strength.
As a former Fitness Manager who built and led an entire training facility, she learned not only how to coach bodies, but how to build systems that truly support people. Today, Fanni specializes in helping women navigate life’s transitional stages with an evidence-based, holistic approach—using strength training as a tool for resilience, confidence, and long-term quality of life.
