Your coaching journey begins with a comprehensive nutrition assessment and InBody body composition analysis (when appropriate). Together, we'll establish your personalized nutrition plan, identify your first habits to focus on, and create a realistic roadmap toward your goals.
From there, you'll receive ongoing coaching, weekly accountability, and adjustments throughout the program to help you build lasting habits and achieve sustainable results.

Fanni is a Strength, Nutrition, and Wellness Coach with over a decade of experience helping hundreds of clients build stronger, healthier bodies through evidence-based training and nutrition.
She believes that nutrition should do more than help you lose weight—it should help you build muscle, support healthy hormones, maintain strong bones, increase energy, improve recovery, and create a body that feels capable for life.
Fanni holds a Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition.After completing her graduate studies, she was preparing to pursue a Ph.D. before deciding to focus her career on working directly with clients. She combines the latest nutrition science with practical, sustainable coaching to help people create habits that fit real life—not restrictive diets.
In addition to her nutrition education, Fanni is a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Certified Sleep & Recovery Coach, and Certified Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. Her unique combination of coaching expertise allows her to bridge the gap between training and nutrition, helping clients improve body composition, performance, health, and long-term well-being.
