All of our classes are intentionally capped at 8 people, allowing our coaches to provide individualized attention, personalized coaching, and thoughtful modifications based on each member’s needs and experience level. Members can choose from four class formats, focusing on pure strength, strength and conditioning, conditioning, and mobility for recovery and long-term performance.

Strength classes focus on progressive resistance training designed to increase muscle mass, bone density, and joint integrity. Expect intentional lifts, controlled tempos, and expert coaching that prioritizes form and longevity over speed or exhaustion.

Conditioning classes emphasize aerobic capacity, stamina, and efficient movement patterns using bodyweight, kettlebells, sleds, and light implements. Intensity is intelligently scaled so you can push your limits while staying aligned with long-term health.

This class is designed to help you move better—not just stretch more. Athletic Mobility sessions move at a slower, intentional pace, allowing time to explore and improve joint range of motion, tissue quality, and movement control. We focus on mobilizing restricted areas, improving active flexibility, and building strength through range—so your mobility actually carries over into training and daily life.
Unlike passive stretching, mobility training helps increase usable range of motion, improve posture and alignment, reduce injury risk, and support better performance in strength and conditioning. This class is ideal for recovery, longevity, and anyone looking to feel less restricted and more capable in their body.

Our classes follow an 8-week progressive strength cycle designed to help you build strength safely and consistently. Each cycle includes movement preparation, progressive overload, planned deloads, and performance testing to ensure you're continually making progress while reducing the risk of plateaus and injury.
Strength isn't built by doing something different every day—it's built through consistency, progression, and purposeful programming.
Every workout is published in our app before class, so you know exactly what to expect. You can also log the weights you use during each session, making it easy to track your progress, celebrate personal records, and see your strength improve over time.
