All of our classes are intentionally capped at 6–12 people, allowing our coaches to provide individualized attention, personalized coaching, and thoughtful modifications based on each member’s needs and experience level. Members can choose from four class formats, focusing on pure strength, strength and conditioning, conditioning, and mobility for recovery and long-term performance.

Classes

  • This is where the foundation is built.

    Strength classes focus on progressive resistance training designed to increase muscle mass, bone density, and joint integrity. Expect intentional lifts, controlled tempos, and expert coaching that prioritizes form and longevity over speed or exhaustion.

    This class is ideal for building confidence under load and creating strength that carries into real life.

  • This class blends structured strength work with short conditioning intervals to challenge both muscular and cardiovascular systems—without sacrificing quality movement. You’ll lift heavy, move with purpose, and finish feeling accomplished, not crushed.

    Perfect for those who want to build strength while improving work capacity and resilience.

  • Move better. Breathe harder. Stay powerful.

    Conditioning classes emphasize aerobic capacity, stamina, and efficient movement patterns using bodyweight, kettlebells, sleds, and light implements. Intensity is intelligently scaled so you can push your limits while staying aligned with long-term health.

    This class supports heart health, recovery, and overall athleticism—without the burnout.

  • This class is designed to help you move better—not just stretch more. Athletic Mobility sessions move at a slower, intentional pace, allowing time to explore and improve joint range of motion, tissue quality, and movement control. We focus on mobilizing restricted areas, improving active flexibility, and building strength through range—so your mobility actually carries over into training and daily life.

    Unlike passive stretching, mobility training helps increase usable range of motion, improve posture and alignment, reduce injury risk, and support better performance in strength and conditioning. This class is ideal for recovery, longevity, and anyone looking to feel less restricted and more capable in their body.

  • One-on-one coaching tailored entirely to you.

    Private sessions are fully individualized to your goals, needs, and movement history—whether you’re rebuilding strength, navigating a life transition, or pursuing higher performance. Expect focused attention, precise coaching, and programming designed for long-term progress.

  • Semi-private training offers the perfect balance of individualized coaching and community support. Groups of four train together twice per week on a set schedule, following a focused program built around a shared goal—such as building muscle during menopause, improving strength, or enhancing performance.

    With consistent programming and hands-on coaching, members receive personalized guidance while benefiting from accountability, connection, and momentum that comes from training alongside others with similar goals. This format allows for progressive, results-driven training while maintaining a supportive and motivating environment.

  • Our nutrition coaching provides personalized guidance to support your training, recovery, and long-term health. Clients meet for a 30-minute weekly call to set and adjust macros, review progress, and address challenges—ensuring your nutrition evolves as your goals and lifestyle change.

    Coaching is led by Fanni, who holds a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and multiple nutrition coaching certifications. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and sustainable—focused on building habits that support performance, body composition, and overall well-being without restriction or overwhelm.
